Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify our support team immediately. Duplicate accounts that are reported proactively and found to have no bonus exploitation will be closed without penalty. 3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

- Deposits are credited to your tk5777 account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded upon detection
- tk5777 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from criminal activity. All large or unusual deposits are subject to enhanced review
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible
- Standard processing time: 5 to 30 minutes to a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
- Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4
- Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, to prevent money laundering via deposit-and-withdrawal cycling
- tk5777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request at its discretion
4.3 Unclaimed Balances
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. tk5777 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, up to the point at which the account balance reaches zero. Bonus & Promotion Terms
tk5777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. 5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of 25 times the bonus value before any funds derived from or attributed to that bonus may be withdrawn. Free bet winnings are subject to a minimum of 5x wagering on casino games or sports markets before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
5.2 Bonus Expiry

- Using strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event)
- Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially
- Withdrawing a deposit immediately after claiming a no-deposit bonus without completing any wagering
5.4 General Bonus Conditions
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method
- tk5777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements

6.2 Responsible Betting

Account Suspension & Closure
tk5777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in a verification request
- Underage gambling or discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2
- Operation of multiple accounts in breach of Section 3.2
- Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards any member of the tk5777 support team
7.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after applicable verification steps are completed. We aim to process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. 7.3 Effect of Closure on Balances
Where an account is closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not the subject of a fraud investigation will be returned to the original payment source after an administrative review period of up to 30 days. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or money laundering will have all balances frozen pending investigation and potential referral to relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk5777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

8.1 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction in any game or betting market — including incorrect odds display, game freezes, or settlement errors — tk5777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. The Company's liability in respect of a game malfunction is strictly limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected bet. No additional compensation will be offered.
8.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk5777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
